This
tutorial goal is to learn how to use simultaneously traditional modelling
and the poser cloth room. What
is the most difficult when you begin clothes modelling is to carve
the body shape . We will only
trace a global shape of clothing (with very basic functions) and we will
let poser complete the work for us. The
example is carried out under 3DSMax (3.1), but I voluntarily used only
very simple functions of extrusion and smoothing which should be found in
any 3D polygonal software. Do
not imagine that you will obtain models as perfect as those of a
professional, but this technique can be very useful:

for the simulation of some clothing parts, in particular to simulate
