Extract the zip file to your poser 5 directory with the "use folder names" box checked. The files will be extracted at the right place in your poser download directory. |

Launch poser and load your victoria 3 character.

Dont forget to uncheck all the inverse Kinematiks parts. |

Select Victoria body.
Using Window -> Joint Editor, click on Zero Figure. |

Then select the Downloads directory and open the Poserfashion Dir in
Props. Load Vic3 Dress4.

The prop will fit exactly the character zero pose.
Surprise : the skirt part is up ! Yes, because of the dress shape, it is the best way for starting and be able to fit any character pose. You have been advised : detailed mesh + a lot of fold = a lot of time to simulate. You should not try this one is your computer have not a powerful processor. |

Now Go to the cloth room.
Create a new simulation with 60 frames. Check Cloth self-collision. Don't use Drape frame as your cloth already fit to the zero pose.

Clothify the dress
Click collide against, check your figure (Victoria), let the default parameters, uncheck "start draping from pose", check the 2 "ignore collision" boxes for head and arms.

|
Set your animation to 60 frames.
On frame 30, load the pose you want to work on. (We keep always 30 frames free to allow the cloth to steady).

This item work well with the default dynamic parameters, so you don't need to change them. |
